I would highly recommended if you are in their areas!! I had my screen ruined and searching place to fix where most of them just too much hasle. I needed my phone to be fixed asap. Mobile Screen Fix is very easy to book, show you exact price and got mine done in like 20mins! I was liasiang with Paul, such a nice guy! He called me to explain about my screen's delivery time (from Samsung) and estimation day to have it fixed, it was on Friday and updated me again the next day and he came after 2pm on Saturday, eventhough they work until 2pm on Saturdays! They can make an exception for you if you are really in need to have your phone fixed asap. Paul came and my screen fixed within 20mins on the spot! He was very informative and friendly! Mobile screen fix. In short, by far the best screen fixers I’ve ever experienced, and the cheapest I’ve found by over £30. I have a habit of breaking my screen and have used a few listings on Google search, and there’s no question, these guys are the best They arrived within a few hours of my online enquiry, job was done in less than 30 mins. They talked me through the kit they were using and the specs. I was able to look up the hardware they we using, top quality. They then showed me the damage the other screen fixers (that appear in this google search) had done to my phone. It was shocking. Not only that but Mobile Screen Fix were at least £30 cheaper! Gutted I didn’t use them sooner, can’t recommend them enough. ~ Adam R

Paul came out to myself today after such a easy and quick response after making my inquiry. He called the day after i ordered to give me a follow-up and eta on my order. He then called me to say he could do early if I wanted to which was music to my ears and turned up exactly the time he gave me. He was very quick and super professional. After using normal shops in the past this was such a easy and stress free experience as not having to leave my phone at a shop and wait to be contacted when completed. Genuine Samsung parts are used and my phone looks like I have just taken it out of the box it first arrived in. I had the battery on my phone replaced and my boss had his screen replaced while we were at work, i gave paul a quick call and straight away he gave me a price for both phones and told me he would let me know as soon as the screen had been ordered in as it was next day delivery, as promised he called me as soon as he had received the screen and told me he could get to me by 3, again as promised he turned up when he said he would and repaired both phones within the hour, he is a friendly, honest bloke who does repairs i feel at an extremely reasonable price, repairs done to top quality aswell, would highly recommend paul eveey day of the week and will certainly be using him again in the future for any repairs need, thanks alot paul ~ Curtis H

These guys are amazing, dropped my new Samsung S20 FE phone accidently on the 24th Dec. And the screen completely broke. Was calling everywhere to try and get it repaired but it was that time of year where everything is closed. Got told cannot do, or could do if it was an iPhone. Eventually found these guys and sent them an email on the 30th, they had contacted me back, come to my house, and my phone was fixed and ready to go on News Year eve, one day later, within their van so Covid Secure, and for an affordable price. Amazing service, just wish I had found them sooner. These guys are incredible and their service is the best I have found. Will be recommending them to everyone. Would happily give more stars, I dropped my phone on Monday, with the train strikes and Xmas round the corner I was even more annoyed with myself. Found mobile screen fix, contacted them, they came straight back to me and by lunchtime today they had been, fixed my phone and it was even better than before I dropped it. So less than 24 hrs from when I dropped to when it was repaired and I didn’t even have to leave home. I had the battery replaced a little while ago by another firm that fix “smashed” phones and it turns out that they hadn’t replaced a gasket. Could not recommend mobile screen fix enough, brilliant service, very competitive and genuinely nice people. Wouldn’t use anyone else from now on. ~ Lee A

I was very impressed by this service! My son dropped his iPhone off his loft bed and cracked the screen. After a bit of research (and Apple quoting over £150 to fix it) I came across these guys and so glad I did! You book an appointment online that is convenient for you and they come to you, so its really convenient and simple! Plus the price was much more reasonable than Apple and was completed quickly and to a great standard. Initially I booked a Saturday appointment, but as they were available and close by I was actually able to get the screen fixed within a couple of hours (very happy teenage son!) Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs this great service!!! ~ Tina S

Can't fault this business one bit! Was searching online for a local business who could fix my partners phone which was damaged accidentally putting a wardrobe together. Found this company online. Now with it being London it wasn't local but having spoken to Paul in the phone he informed me we could send the phone to them, get it repaired and send it back. Sent to them on 31st April via Royal Mail, delivered on the Saturday (next day) and repaired on 4th May (due to the bank holiday). Received back from Royal Mail this morning and the phone looks brand new! Cannot fault it one bit. 100% recommend this business to anyone looking for a phone repair! ~ Adam N

Dropped my Samsung A70 on Sunday, screen went black and I also notice a couple of hairline cracks, damn the screen is kaput and it could take numerous days if not weeks to get it repaired! Searched on Google for local(ish) repair companies and also checked out Samsung’s repair offering – gulp, very expensive! Came across Mobile Screen Fix and reviewed their offering – yep, they will do. Completed the online form; received a call from Paul; booked the repair to be conducted at my home address for the following day - at a convenient time for me. Paul arrived at the appointed time and a new Samsung replacement screen was installed within ½ hour – job done, and I am very pleased with the result. I dropped my phone one morning and completely smashed the back of the device. I reached out to Apple for an estimate to fix my device (Apple 14 Pro) and the cost was over £500 which seemed excessive. After doing some research online I came across Mobile Screen Fix who had a 5 star rating, were a fraction of the price, and offered to come to my location to carry out the repair work - almost seemed too good to be true. I was contacted within 2 hours as promised on their site, and an appointment was booked at my convenience. Paul from Mobile Screen Fix arrived on time and within 1 hour my phone was fixed. Paul was brilliant. He promptly replied to my message and reassured me that he could fix my phone screen and save my important data. I explained to him that I needed the phone asap due to frequent hospital calls regarding my child and he really understood the urgency and importance of my phone. He was so kind and reassuring and I felt that I could really trust him with the repair. He came to my house to collect the phone and repaired both the front and back screen, in his van, within about 25 minutes. I was so happy with the repair, my phone is now good as new! We are so glad we chose to use Mobile Screen Fix - we were a little hesitant at first because it seemed too good to be true, but we couldn't be happier with the result. Paul was very friendly and professional, he managed to fit into the relatively small timing window we had and got the fix done flawlessly in 40 minutes. Having someone come to the house was a huge benefit as the nearest shop with the screen in stock was a 30 minute train journey away - and it was significantly cheaper than getting it done in store anywhere I could find. I managed to crack the screen on my new Samsung S23 Ultra. The crack was from top to bottom and made 75% of the screen go totally black. I contacted Paul and agreed a date and time for him to fix the repair. He is thoroughly professional and reputable. He has a great friendly manner and clearly knows how to repair electronic equipment. He set about repairing my phone by removing the damaged screen and replacing it with a new one. It is now pristine in full working order as new. I would thoroughly recommend this business and they are 5 star throughout! I have added a photo of my fully functioning, as new, phone. This is the way to get your phone fixed. Great customer service, very competitive prices, and all done at your place! Paul was great. My phone isn't a recent model, so he had to do a bit of legwork before we could book it in. Throughout he was responsive, kept to his promises, and was proactive in his communication. I got a brand new genuine part screen, he came to my house and replaced it in 20 minutes, and the price was the cheapest I could find, including those that ask you to post it off. Can't recommend this service enough. If you're unlucky enough to need your phone fixing, this is the way to go. ~ Kit B

I had a call out today, instead of fixing my phone the guy took it to pieces, demolished what he could then left😂 (in the nicest way possible). I called paul today he answered immediately, despite being on a job, he explained he was working and would return my query, it was the fact he didn’t just leave my message he made the effort to respond even to say he was currently do what he was doing, he got back to me at the time he said he would, then arrived again when he said he would, he inspected the phone explained what happened & what damages there are, then went to the van to carry out the work, paul told me going by the level of damage he usually takes 45 minutes instead mine may take an hour, in all he was less than 40 mins, he explained again what he did, what he replaced, perfect job well done. oH guys he has a card reader 😂😁😁 Brilliant work. Fantastic experience, Paul was very responsive to emails, very fast and efficient service. Sent my phone off by special delivery on Monday, Paul emailed me to confirm that he had received it on Tuesday and then emailed again later that day to confirm it had been fixed, and provided a tracking number for the return. Reunited with my phone on Wednedsay morning! Very good value for money, £40 less than the quote I had from Samsung . The phone was sent back to me with a new screen protector and safely packaged in a film case, lots of bubble wrap and inside a cardboard box. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. ~ Rebekah L

I recently smashed my A52S SAMSUNG screen and needed an urgent repair. I was able to drop my phone off the next day (Sunday) and wait while it was repaired which took less than 30 minutes. The service was brilliant and professional, Paul was very polite. the phone is back to normal, the screen repair is excellent and I have had no problems. 100% fast, efficient and great customer service. Price for the fix was £ 110 which was what I roughly expected to pay and considering how quick it was i would totally be happy to pay the same again. Brilliant - I smashed the back of my iPhone 14 and booked mobile screen fix to come and fit a new one. Paul communicated brilliantly and was able to book me in very quickly - he turned up to my home on time and replaced the glass (all done in the back of his van in about an hour). The phone is back to looking great, and everything works as it should. I’m a bit sceptical of the myriad of high street ‘phone repair’ places where you need to leave your phone for a day or so to have it repaired so this service was perfect. Cannot recommend this company enough. Very quick to organise the repair. New screen had to be ordered due to being such a new phone. Paul kept me informed throughout the ordering process and when the screen was obtained he was very flexible with timings of the actual screen fitment. Very competitive price and I would even say a little too cheap giving the quality of the service provided. The parts alone for the Samsung s21ultra are around £240 from any source I could find so at £280 supplied and fitted is excellent value. He fitted the screen at his work bench on my driveway in less than an hour and went above and beyond and even fitted a new screen protector that I had already bought. Its very important to support small businesses especially in these times and when the service provided is of such I high standard it was completely the correct choice. The absolute best! I cracked my iPhone XS screen yesterday and I needed it fixed asap, however like the geek that I am I did not let the east London hype places charge me £100 or more for LCD or £160 and above for hard OLED! I googled as much info as possible on the matter and the only shop/website explaining in details how much better soft OLED is , the difference and the importance of picking the right screen was mobile screen fix! So I went on and check prices! I was incredulous when I saw they replace with Soft OLED for way cheaper than anywhere else , I called to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly over the phone and today he went the extra mile (miles .. literally!) to come as close as possible to meet me, fixed the phone in his Van in less than 30 minutes, i was able to pay by card and gave me loads of advice and further educated me of phone technology!! A brilliant service. My phone had had a cracked screen for some time and had deteriorated very badly, flickering on and off, a very faded display, unwanted lines on the screen and signs of leakage. All of this was repaired very quickly and efficiently with a screen replacement and the display and phone working are now much better than I can remember for a very long time. Paul was really nice to deal with and especially helpful in locating the right replacement. Paul came out at my earliest convenience to fix my broken phone screen for an incredibly reasonable price. I was worried my Samsung Galaxy might be beyond repair when the screen went green on one side and started flashing white like a strobe light, but Paul came to my house at my total convenience and replaced the part within 20 minutes of arriving. To top it off he was super friendly and reassuring throughout the whole process. I booked an appointment online for my Iphone XS MAX screen replacement, from there website, they give me a call back in like 15 mins, and asked me that we are here in your region if you are happy to let us come to you we can fix it straight away, which I have requested them to come to my work place. In half an hour, Paul came to my work place and took my phone for repair. He was very friendly and fast as he done it in like 15 mins. I'm very satisfied from his service.
